Standard parcel delivery is available across Canada excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Labrador, as well as some remote areas, where additional market-based rural delivery charges may apply. 

Surcharges may apply for certain shipments that require delivery by truck, or due to their dimensions and weight (over 80 lbs / 36 kg, real or cubic volume weight), or remoteness of delivery. 

Truck delivery must be made within 48 hours after receiving your appointment call. After this time, storage fees will be charged. If the carrier cannot be in contact to make an appointment, you will also be billed for the additional storage days.

Taxes depend on your Canadian shipping address, not the billing address.
